Dalemead care home is located in a quiet, leafy residential area on the Twickenham side of Richmond Bridge close to the River Thames.
Within walking distance of local shops and amenities, Dalemead residential care home combines spacious Victorian architecture with modern comfort and conveniences. Two large, adjoining family houses have been sympathetically extended to accommodate up to 49 residents, who live in four separate groups. The smallest of these have eight residents and the largest fifteen.
Each group has it’s own lounge, dining room and kitchenette and is looked after by a dedicated team of trained care staff. This system provides a homely atmosphere for residents and encourages a sense of community within each group. It also ensure that communal facilities are close at hand for those with limited ability.
All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, are fully carpeted, well furnished and maintained in a good decorative order. Residents are welcome to bring their own furnishings and possessions to help personalise their room. Each room has a call bell and television point. A phone point is available on request.
Our caring staff ensure that in every real sense it is a home to those who live here.
